Default Y2K trailer bunks

I'm trying to set up my trailer and was curious how others with a 30 set the bunks up rear and front widths and are the rears cut out for full support in the stepped area? Thanks for any help

You definitely want the bunks cut to match the step bottom of the boat. It's imperative for the longevity of the hull. Ideally, you want the bunks under the main stringers within the hull as well.

Don’t stop them short of the transom.
