Looks like it has been stored bow down. You can see the water line along the hull. How does it look in the stern? What about under the cockpit?

About the same boat was stored on a lift drain plug out but got some debree got in the drain plug and it was drained but not sure how long the water sat owner claimed not long.Boat was stored on lift bow upwards Tho.

I've done a bunch of transoms, but nothing in the cabin. Most I've seen that have a major cabin redo pull the deck.

What resin should i use some say poly some say vinyl depending on application is glass dave around I here hes the man

Price of vinyl has increased so high it’s not worth the savings over epoxy.

Is there any issues with using epoxy stiff wise on the stringers
