so I rode with my buddy for a poker run on his 42-fountain lightning and it has custom 1000-1100hp whipped motors and #6 drives and the boat was fully loaded down with people and fuel and it took us a good minute to get on plane Wich it usually gets on plane pretty fast with just him on it and some fuel. he had the tabs and drives all the way down and it just wouldn't go. anyone with the same boat have this problem? anyone know what's the right way to trim the boat fully loaded down?

Leave some people at the dock.
Seriously, these things are setup for top end not water sports. Drives in and tabs down and roll into the throttle, don't pin them from zero.

it was lagging really bad. he would roll it up to 4500rpm(motors rev up to 6300-6500) and it would go up to 10-12ish mph then bog down to 3000 when the props would bite a little later.
