Bertram Baron 28 hull for sale in Ft Myers

Anybody know history on it ? It’s a project for sure but it’s about the same condition / tear down point as my 31 CC currently sits looking at the photos on fake book .

Nobody knows or seen this hull ? Was in Miami last owner is Tierra General Contractors Miami , that's who's name is on title.

Someone has to have seen this hull . Not many around , for sale at that.
