Can A boat from china that has absolutely no USCG compliance certs or labeling be imported and registered here? It has a built in fuel tank and is all aluminum. It comes in a sea container. its setup for a outboard. Its not for me, Im trying to discourage a friend from buying it.....

just saw the boat.....I would not get in it if it were in a swimming pool!! But there is always a sucker that loves the cheap price. All spray painted aluminum, no uscg hoses, some chinese gps in chinese. but HEY its cheap so its gotta be a deal.
