Prop losing rpm while cruising

I have an odd prop issue. I have a 26 Daytona that runs a Bravo 1 32p. It's the correct prop at WOT, but, it's slow to plane. So I tried a Max5 and Maximus 5 in 30p. Those improved planing and dropped the rpm while cruising from 4,000 to 3,600 @ 60mph. I have been running the Maximus 5. Once I plane out and I'm cruising at 3,000 rpm with the trim up for a while, the rpm will drop 200 (no, it's not the throttle coming back). If I push the throttle back up it holds rpm. If I make a 90 degree turn at about 3,000, it will ventilate and will go up about 200 rpm and then settle once I'm out of the turn. The Bravo 1 and the Max5 do not do this. All three are stock props, not labbed. I added a Max Machine Worx cavitation plate. It helped with planing but no change with this rpm issue. Thoughts?
