I’m looking at a 2003 Formula 370 SS, Great Lakes fresh water only boat. The bottom is painted and it stays in the water all season. What if anything should I be aware of with respect to the hull, transom & stringer water intrusion / rot issues?

Initial internet searches indicate Formula quality and integrity with little evidence of poorly sealed hulls, but it is a 19 year old boat.

Also, what is a fair price for a 496HO powered, 500 hr., very clean boat. I will get a survey before buying, but want to get a feel of what to expect. Thanks
