Default Rigging questions / Help suggestions

Me with a question I might be thinking to much into but I had to do some modifications to my front engine mounts to clear my oil pans. I had to lower the bottoms of them roughly 2 inches +\- so I had to take the entire mount out of the boat sadly. That being said when I go to re install them in the coming days to set new engines in finally should I tighten them all the way or sorta leave loose so to speak? Reason I ask is I know when I took them out I lost all chances of them re-aligning and having to start from scratch. What do you guys do or recommend after you have removed them and re-Install for new engines? Side note : I do have the proper alignment tool needed for when engines do get back in there. They are the SAME mounts that came with the boat just slightly modified now is all. Thanks for any help or tips!!

Just about everyone pulls the mount with the engine.
when you put them in, put 2 bolts in each side, leave them loose, put the alignment tool in, then tighten the bolts. Alignment tool should come out fairly easy and you can put the rest of the bolts in. As long as the alignment isn’t way off you should be fine
