Basically shutting down boating for a few whales. Will it include Military, Navy, Coast Guard? I would assume they could strike a whale just as easily

keep in mind this is just a proposal, no doubt Brandon is real scum bag but this will face pretty stiff resistance from those cities effected. I can see a waver for commerical vessels, then again maybe not. This group doesn't like America much............
