I wonder how many will enter this one, that is cool they are trying to bring races like that back.

September 14-17: San Francisco—Marina del Rey-Long Beach (435 miles)

I will be doing this one in my 2750 LaveyCraft with it's new 400R's. I have added an extra fuel cell, to make it halfway to Morrow Bay. 225 miles.

I have been informed this would still count as a World Record "with assist". Or, I may add a temporary 100gallon fuel bladder, that lays in the cockpit area like long distant offshore fishing boats use, and be able to make the entire run without stopping for fuel.

I also plan to do the Bahama runs and the around Catalina Island run. Had lots of fun running Catalina last year.

We ran an aux tank in a Skater we rigged that still holds an APBA endurance record. I don't see why they wouldn't give you the record. Awesome what you're doing Michael!

Official Record "with assist" would be if I have to stop at Morrow Bay to add fuel at a Marina dock. It would still be a great endurance record to hold anyway.

Class B < 30' - V-Hull

If I add another 100gal tank, and make it the FULL RUN without stopping, then it would count as an Official Record without any assistance.

Thanks for the encouragement!!!
