anyone that has the ability to get down to LOTO in May should come and hang until the Cig Rendezous, if your North up in the grat lakes your braking ice until late may at times.

Since it is no longer the "Cigarette Rendezvous" (PBC lost the franchise last year) and now being called just the "Rendezvous" I would have to guess it is open to all... They do always put on a first class event, regardless of name.
