One pair of 17.75" x 29P props labbed in 2021 by BBlades. Ran twice. Brett added a bunch of cup so they act like a 31P. Fit 3A, 5 or 6 drive. Perfect condition. Sold boat. $4500 plus shipping. Credit cards ok. Bob 239-284-7284.

Dan I am thinking you already have a pair or two of 29 or 30 pitch wheels. It is interesting to compare these to 17.75 or 18 " five blades. From a cruising standpoint their slip does very well compared to the high dollar wheels. Even on the Cig with 5's they did 5250 at 90 lwith ike 7% slip. But as you know the added cup makes the calculation biased.

4 blade compared to a 5 blade .. what have you noticed ? More transom lift? fly straighter ?
I have yet to find a 5 blade that works .
I ave a set of 26 pitch rollas but they have so much cup it`s like a 32pitch prop.

Dan I now have a 42' OL staggered. I tried these props a couple weeks ago. Ran it up to 4000 It ran 60 which is about 19% slip without changing numbers. But there was a noticeable amount of vibration at 4000 in OL that the Cig did not exhibit with the same wheel. Props I have recently started to run on OL are 17.5 x 39 with 18R. At 4000 they run 71. Thats like 29% slip. I am thinking the OL X may be more than the four blades like. The OL showed 110 at 5500 which is 21%. Not sure how much more is left with OL but can't be a whole lot? I think the bubble bottoms with higher X like five blades?

More blade in the water with a higher X may be needed.. I`m no expert.
Staggered those large diameter are probably pretty close to each other ? Maybe that`s where the vibration comes from.
If you want to try the 5 blades I have I can send them to you to test .

Dan sorry I wasn't clear. The props I have are 5 blades. The props I am selling are 4 blades. I have a pair of 5 blades up with Scott Baker. Probably going to clean them up add some cup. What kind of slip numbers did you get on your Cig with the 5 blades?

Ahh okay I missunderstood.
I had 0 to negative trim. The numbers didn`t make sense.
The boat popped on plane like a bass boat, they really grabbed water .
All teh guys I talked to said adding cup was nearly impossible, have you measured cup before and after ? or notice a big difference ?

Part that surprised me was that the same dia four blade had significantly less slip than the same dia five blade. But comparing a 39 pitch five blade to a 29 pitch four blade at 40-60 mph range probably didn't make allot of sense as the 39 five blade probably has a bunch of slip due to bigger pitch at slower speed?
