I'm looking for a boat again and trying to decide what would work well on bigger water like the great lakes.

My budget is low and it seems most older boats late 70's to 99's will likely have to issues.

At this point I expect that, however I'm hoping to find one good enough to cruise around for a couple of years.

I always wanted a cat, but how are they on rough water or big water?
