those who fail to learn the lessons of history are doomed to repeat it.

how many times does this have to repeat in this sport?

It’s hard to believe that egos always get in the way of progress. Boat racing will never have big sponsors due to a few egos. No one sees the big picture. Racing is there to provide a platform for advertisers but will not happen when egos get in the way.

Most of the off road organizers see the big picture and are starting to unite nation wide. Off-road racing is growing big time because of it.

Boat racing is also very expensive and only a few teams get big enough sponser's to cover some of the costs. Example above, Good Boy and other beverage sponser's.

Unhappy

History Repeats Itself Again, its all about EGO when it should be all race together like when Mike Allweis was running the show instead these organizations would rather have one boat in a Class with No Competition and act like they just won the world Championship instead of pushing for all organizations to work together. Very Sad For Sure.
