Default Vent Lines Too Small?
Any input on what the symptom of fuel vent lines too small or partially blocked, especially running at higher RPM's ?

Bogging down starving for fuel. Mud bees can be the culprit also.

Puts a vacuum in your fuel tank which lowers psi of your fuel system.

Loosen up the gas tank cap and see if the problem is still there.
