Where would I get a full cover for the best price for my 2001 Velocity 280??? The last one I ordered from Overton's turned out to be so light weight it tore in the wind. And many don't seem to go that large. Should I order a 30' ?? The last 24 I bought for another boat barely fit and it was a 23' boat.
Thanks..and Happy Thanksgiving !!!!!!!!! Chris

try www.rontimco.com. The cover I bought for my formula 311 cost about $250 and I was very happy. It had strong elastic and survived 2 ohio winters and was still in good shape when I sold the boat. They have a list of boats that they make the covers for. Yours might be on it.

I just bought a full cover for my PQ 280. Got the cover fromboatcovers online . Talked to Robert / very helpful, and he threw in a free tie down kit. After talking to him, I learned that the cover was coming from Carver Covers. However, Carver does not sell direct. I am very happy with the cover and was surprised at how thick the material was. They (Carver) call it a semi custom cover. I got the Poly-Cotton in Grey. $286 (includes shipping)

Yeah, rontimco.
Many material options an cheap cheap cheap on price.
I sent them pictures of different areas on the boat for them to tweak their quote. Their original quote did not include covering the swim platform on my 311. We decided that a separate platform cover would be cool. It snaps onto tabs sewn onto the back of the main cover. Added $40 to the price.
