Mercury aluminum heads

Anybody ever swap a set and take off iron and see a difference?what are the intake runner volumes and combustion chamber ccs?

I believe they are Edelbrock BBC heads.

if so that would be 118 cc combustion and 315cc runners based on RPM Marine heads
