Default Mercury verado 350 sea strainer?

Is there a sea strainer or filer that can fill with sand on the Mercury verado 350? All three engines have high oil Temps and seem to be running rough when WOT. Engines have 500 hours.

If the cooling system isn’t working, you will likely first see low water pressure and then moments later high water temperature before you can observe it in the engine oil.

Any alarms? What do the gauges show?
