Hi guys!
Asking for my friend and using Google translate.
Boat is Baja Outlaw 40 with two MerCruisers.
The tank has been renewed and after that the problems started. With a full tank, everything works fine, but when a quarter has passed and you drive at idle, the engines turn off. If more gas, then everything works. Tried also running the tank cap open, but no effect.
Any ideas? Thank you 🫡

My guess is that the pickup was compromised during the "renew" and there is a leak in the pickup inside the tank. When the fuel level is above the leak, it's not a problem. But, when fuel level drops below the leak, it starts sucking air, and the engines die. I'd suggest taking it back to whoever did the tank work.
Thanks. Brad.
