I have a 1988 Cigarette Bullet that I restored last year that I would like to upgrade the props on. The boat is a non notched transom boat with Bravo non oiler drives. I put a new transom in the boat last year and everything was left in their stock locations. I had the original 454 Mags rebuilt and added Comp Extreme Marine hydraulic roller cams, comp stainless roller rockers, Wieand intakes and Imco thumper exhaust. I guesstimate that the engines probably picked up 30-35hp with the improved valvetrain and exhaust so maybe 395-400hp. The props on the boat now are 21 3 blade props(I will get the part numbers). The boat has great bottom end and gets on plane quick in its current configuration and runs about 63 at 5200rpms. Is there a mild prop upgrade that could get the boat a few more mph without hurting the bottom end too much? Thanks
