Forty footer with 5 feet of swim platform ? Add a Beak to hang the anchor off and round it up to 50.
Scout is a far better looking boat with the same or better quality, how big is this million dollar 50 foot dayboat market ? Still 15-20 thousand a year to insure in Florida.

I'm a HUGE Formula fan and currently own my 3rd (diesel 400ss).....but these CC's look terrible!
FWIW: I did get to climb on the 38 this past weekend at the Annapolis boat show and it is nice....just ugly

Love the way scouts look and that they are carbon fiber. The THTers swear they don’t ride very good though.

THTers are a silly bunch. If it's not what they have, it's rubbish. I have a 425 Scout CC and am completely impressed with the ride and build quality, night and day diiference as far as ride to my 39 Cigarette CC, but also much much larger than just the 3 feet..

agrred, as a former Formula owner that left for a CC waiting on Formula to produce one this is not up to current styling IMO. Did they design a C-Consule or a Elroy Jetson desiign this on a Etcha -a- sketch back in the late 70's
