Default Interest in mail order 525/600/700 head service?

Would there by any interest in a mail order 525/600/700 cylinder head refresh service?

We have the capacity the take on more cylinder head work and in my research I don't find anywhere that offers a service to send your heads in to be refreshed.

Would look something like Disassemble, wash, pressure check, measure guides, valve job, surface for flatness, paint, Manley extreme duty valves, PAC OEM replacement spring kit, valve seals, and competition assemble.

Is there any interest in a service like this?

We're located in the metro Detroit area and have been in business since 1977 building mainly endurance race engines.

If your doing 525/600/700 heads you would want to include welding exhaust flanges and resurfacing. They corrode all the time.

We can certainly offer those services as well. Would be done on an as needed basis.

You would have to make the packing/shipping process extremely streamlined and cost effective. At those weights it might be cost prohibitive for someone who might otherwise work locally.

Yeah I understand there are definitely some hurdles with shipping. We do a ton of mail order LS cylinder head work but it's obviously a bit different as the heads are half the weight. Would probably have to offer to send boxes with preformed foam in them for shipping.
