Funny low offer story:
Buddy was selling a mint 4 yr old Top Gun TS a few years back. Guy is calling, cash buyer whatever. Offers something crazy like 180K cash...........my buddy calls his bluff and says ok, get here in an hour with 180K cash and you can have it! Buyer stutters and then starts saying he has to get a loan, has to get some money together whatever............No sale!
