Has anyone removed the heads while the engines are still inside the boat? Any experiance's you can share with me? Anu issues removing components from the rear of the engine? (Distribtor, ETC)

To be honest its easier to remove the motors, not that big of a deal and then easy to work on motors and clean update bilge with anything needed.

I pulled the heads on my 353 with 500 EFIs this past year with the motors in the boat. Most difficult part was figuring out the wiring to remove on the brackets mounted on the back of the heads (everything pretty much by feel).
