Really kickin myself for not going to englewood. I watched the livestream both days, you guys let it rip for sure. Looked like it flew, landed and turned really good, you guys got yer **** together in a new boat on short order for sure.
Anouncer made some nice comments and there was some drone footage too.
i'd like to see that boat up close, maybe next year. Congratulations on the season.

looks like it needs a flag pole holder for all the upcoming checkered flags that'll be flying , save your arms for the thumbs up on the drive by

Jeff i think 26 is max length for class 6. How about an update on your projects over in the restoration section.

Looks like HUGE fun!

It's a classic old design called 26 Modern Marine. It's a Monza derivative. It was raced a long time ago as Hart Throb A-30 and then got restored 5 years ago.

Team Saris turned it into the fantastic 'modern' race boat it now is.

Gotta fly level or not at all!
I use the tabs to keep the bow down. A little trim to keep the ass planted. Locks the boat in. Except that nasty head sea,,,everything tucked in there.

Its a 26 Modern marine built by Steve Abbot in the 1990s to run A.
Dan (outonsafari) did an awesome restoration on it and we bought it from him last year to convert back to a raceboat. We LOVE that freakin hull.

I was being funny about the tabs being down 😉

I actually learned that from watching a offshore race on TV yrs ago and have been doing it ever since.

Boat looked really good!
