Can anyone shed some light on these?

Spotted these on the 1989 20th anniversary Cafe Racer grand sport center has for sale.

can anyone tell me what these are or get some more clear photos of them? Maybe how to get them?

Looks to me like that came with the new interior that’s in there. Looks like shop put them in.
