Scott is a great guy and I am glad to see him succeed, could not happen to a better down to earth person.

I agree Wildman... .what a nice guy... I had sent him a Instagram message with a question on setting up my boat and he actually responded within a few minutes and walked me through.... .He didn't have to do that and I don't have a velocity.... .I wish him the best.....

As long as I have had a Velocity, the customer service has been like that. In the past, Steve Stepp was readily available Looks like Scott is continuing Velocity customer service. The parts department service is also excellent.
