Once again Bradenton, Florida accidentally released 1.2 million gallons of sewage into the Manatee River. This was due to operator error. Just days ago 6,000 gallons of sewage came out of 10 manholes. A vacuum truck only recovered 1200 gallons. A matter of fact since the beginning of the year, there have been 17 incidences. No fines issued.

Of course if a boater liters in the waterway. They could be subjected to a $1,000 fine.

just remember- "there is no problem so bad that government cant come along and make it worse"

Who would pay the fine? The municipality? In other words, your money?
