I'm looking to find a houseboat that has been damaged. Want to turn it into a floating party barge with an open concept. Prefer aluminum hull but would look at fiberglass. No steel hulls. If inboards are trashed that's cool. Plan is to put outboards on it. Prefer in the 40-50ft range. Salvage is ok. Where is good place to look for something like this?

Cumberland is the houseboat capitol of the world. There have to be more than a few basket cases you could work with. I know of a home builder in the area that has gotten into flipping houseboats. Sounds like you might be looking for something he might pass on. He might be of some assistance. PM me for his deets.
Thanks. Brad.
