Guys,
So, I've got a Bravo28 on the boat now, with a sacrificial that uses this hub:

And I bought a labbed one from SickStinger that has this sacrificial hub:

It slips onto the prop shaft just fine, but obviously doesn't use the castle washer. I'm assuming it's for a higher HP application (?). I really wanted to test this prop last time out, but....
In days gone by, I've been able to just tap the hub out of a prop with a dead blow hammer and something to serve as a punch (usually a chunk of bar stock of an appropriate diameter). This one wouldn't come out so easily, and I didn't want to farq it up, so I didn't use my typical "sometimes you just gotta be willing to break it" mentality and stopped. A couple questions.....
Can I use a hydraulic press to remove it? I can obviously get another sacrificial hub for the prop.
Is there typically some other retaining method used to keep the prop nut from backing off? I can't imagine it would, but I figure we have castle washers for a reason, so.... If not (meaning none is needed), I can easily make a spacer/washer to lock this hub/prop in place for our next outing to test the prop.
Thanks. Brad.

Will this work?

There is a bit of the spline sticking out beyond the hub when the prop is mounted. I guess the spline of the washer engages that remaining spline on the shaft, and provides the castle? If that’s the case, good enough for me.
Thanks. Brad.

That is correct. The castle washer engages on the splines
