Super Stock-class teammates Billy Allen and Randy Keys of Team Allen Lawn Care and Landscaping were excited to get their scuba diving certification in the offseason with former offshore Michael "Doc" Janssen.

APBA used to require everyone to be scuba certified .

I think Guardian Water Sports now offers snorkel and diving online course for free in partnership with SDI/TDI.
