Me too Boot...I was going to try and make it, but my union meeting started late and I just couldn't get down there in time. DaveP was doing his best to make it, so we should be able to get some feed back from him soon.

Speed limits suck!

Unfortunately we had to deal with this same issue in south FL a while ago. The intracoastal went from how fast can you go to idle speed no wake in a matter of months. Hatefull, however becouse of the population of boaters down here it became necessary.

We had to learn to deal with this unwanted change. It actually helped business, becouse folks had to buy more sea worthy vessels.

Hey Guys,

Frank C.,, Whatever, Crazy Charlie and LOBO attended. We were surrounded by blow boaters.

Willy from Tree Huggers Are Us is definately a formidable foe. But he instantly addmitted that he was dissappointed in the ground that they were loosing to US! :-) hehehehehehe

We spoke quite alot tonight at the meeting and actually made some friends with some of the blow boaters!! Imagine that! We will exchange schedules for our upcoming summer events and also open up some communications between the sailing clubs and NJPPC.

Willy prooved that he a radical tree hugging idiot. But the blow boaters in the room were not totally impressed by him to say the least. He is definately someone we need to keep on the radar screen.

The NJPPC Planning Committee is meeting this Friday night. I think on Monday-Tues we will be able to announce "OPERATION NORMANDY" where will be calling on the troops to assault the beaches at the upcoming Boating Regulation Commission and the Safe Boating Task Force Meetings.

We're still in the game!

sharkey,

I've followed your attempts to get some support over on boatered.com - you're much more patient than I. I left that board because the opinionated asses that run the show over there. Keep fighting the good fight!
