Default Anyone from here on Lake Michigan Yesterday?

I couldn't believe how calm the lake was yesterday. I ran north out of Grand Haven a few miles running close to shore. That was a little rough however when I turned back I went out a few miles and the water was really calm. You could have run WOT for as long as you wanted. Could not have asked for better weather or lake conditions. Got family coming out today so will try to get out there again however this time on the tri-toon.

I loved the August calm when I lived in Grand Haven. I think it was in 98' that the water was around 80 degrees for over a 10 day period and we would go out a mile off of the pier head and swim every night.

We catch it flat maybe once a year. Can see 20’ down to the bottom. Paradise when it’s like that.

I've only got one boat that's good on flat water... and I don't like paddling anymore.
