Default Hydraulic steering question

Amassing parts to go to hydraulic steering. I have sourced wingplates and an upper tiebar. My question is, with the swim platform mounted on back, can I still mount my steering to the outside of the drives vs inside, so I can still use the top bar? or would the rams need to be mounted to the inside of the drives?

Just from one pic doesn't look like you have room on the out side with that mount in the way, Id get ride of the water pickup for the speedo and mount them inside. I had a 33 Outlaw and Baja did all there twins on the inside much cleaned look imo.
