I have a new to me Campion Chase 910 ~ 30 foot with 2 x 496 Mercury Engines with Bravo1 outdrives.
The boat runs well, but have some questions about the factory direction of the props.
Both seem to be turning inward, toward each other. Is this the way this boat was designed? Or was this changed?
We currently have Bravo 28 props on the boat. It runs well in open water, but docking and steering to dock is difficult. Any advice?
Is there anyone here that is currently operating a 910 Chase that I could speak to or anyone with experience working on this boat? Thanks!

Thank you both. I'm an outboard guy but this is my first i/o and didn't know if the drives can run both ways. So I can swap the props and the swifter rods and should be good to go?

Yeah, the Bravo1 drives are the same. There are strengths and weaknesses for both left/right hand rotations.
Switch the props, and switch the helm cables at the controls.
See if turning out makes a difference for you. Often you'll lose some top end, but you won't likely spend much time there anyway.
