Set of original(ish) style cleats for a Cigarette Cafe Racer

I am looking for a set of cleats for a 1987 Cigarette Cafe Racer. I need 6 cleats and would like to get the backing plates with them. The mounting holes on the boat are 2” on centers. Thanks
