Default 330 on roids cam

Hello i have a 94 330 bottom end that I'm putting some pocket ported L29 heads on with a RPM Airgap intake and some stainless marine manifolds.

I have searched to the best of my ability to find the answer to my question but haven't had any luck.

the engine is in a 24 ft celebrity that I believe weights around 4,000lbs.

my main driving is just cruising around lake Powell here in Utah but I do pull kids on the tube and nee board.

So my question is there a out of the box cam that will work good with this combo?

YES, there are out of the box cams that will work great for your combo. Keep the lobe separation 112 or better. Just the pocket ported L29 heads will wake it up with no cam change. Stay conservative on ignition timing. I'd also run s steps colder on the plugs too. Start with about 30 total and work up from there for best mph.

Are you planning on doing a roller cam??
Are you keeping stock exhaust?? If so, that will limit your selection a lot.

One of these would work fine. First one is pretty mild. Second one is about the max I would go for what you have. Or find one with specs somewhere in between them
