Have a ProMariner prosafe galvanic isolator in my Formula. I was installing a TV in the cabin and when I finished i hooked up the shorepower to test. I noticed the monitor in the cabin had the "ground wire " indicator flashing "fail". Doesn't show in the picture though. Boat is at home on the trailer. I have read about being connected to a gfi outlet can cause some issues. Any idea what could be the problem?

When I had my formula I couldn’t use the monitor on and gfi circuit had to disconnect it.
