I enjoyed working with Joey years ago and didn't get the chance to see him since those days back in the 90's.
RIP.

Joey was the Bobby Moore of the Northeast. Anything he touched became a class in its own.

Rest in Peace Joey.

Had a chance to meet and talk with him at a race in Toronto years ago. Great guy who was genuine and gracious to anyone who wanted to learn...God bless him and his family...

Got to meet both Joey and Debbie in MI City about 3yrs back, what a memory, got to chat with him about the old days racing the east coast Superboat and with whm. The best was the first hand account about him and Stuart doing the around Long Island run, especially the fog and the bouy!! Wow! That was nuts! They also were surprised I remembered seeing them getting married in key west on the deck of the race boat.. wasn’t there but always remembered that at the end of the race I taped off TV…, God Speed and pray Nick and his mom
