I purchased this for my boat
Plans Have changed
Refreshed less than 100 hours ago
Compression excellent
As pictured
Located at my machine shop Cascade, Md

I talked at length with Brit Lilly regarding this engine and he advised me total hours were irrelevant. Also I have no way to check them. He felt the compression test was mandatory.

It is relevant because the upper end needs to be done around 250 to 300 hours if it hasn't been done

you asked for total hours, which is not relevant. It has less than one hundred hours since refresh, per previous owner who also was unable to complete his project, thanks…
