Default Water pump no sucky sucky?

If your water pump no sucky sucky any more, always check to make sure your c ring is seated properly. As you can see in this picture, the c ring is not seated correctly, resulting in a poor seal, and therefor no sucky sucky. This led some dumb bassturd to fight and cuss all day long when all he wanted to do was run the motor on the hose for a few min then change the oil. That’s what the dumb bassturd gets for thinking he can get away without pulling water pumps for one season. Dumb bassturd. Don’t be a dumb bassturd, always know, if it can happen in powerboating, it probably will.

the problem is you have the c-ring indexed toward the suction side. you need to re-index it to the pressure side, that way you can easily look in and see the water spraying from it so you will know it is pumping.

Got it. I was actually thinking about that as well. Ok, putting pump back together now. Should be good to go!

See ya’ll on the water with a super happy family!
