I’m looking for a cockpit carpet template for a 1998 Baja 24 Outlaw. I want to add a carpet layover over the existing carpet or snap in. Every place I contact wants me to create my own template.

Thank you for the feedback, but unfortunately I spoke with them last week and they do not have a template for this boat anymore and pushed for me to create my own and send to corinthian to make the carpet. Corinthian also does not have a template on file anymore. I think this is all ridiculous.

You are exactly right, they told me they throw away the template files. Makes no sense at all. Once you have a template, it's saved on a PDF or whatever.
The old carpet is glued in, so not trying to remove it.

It seems like a PITA, but it’s not bad. I made one for my 26’ Sonic many years ago and my carpet turned out so nice and perfectly placed that I didn’t even need to install the snaps.
I made it out of thick brown shipping paper, put it in a tube and sent it off. It didn’t take longer than 1 evening. Rough cut the paper, lay it down the center of the cockpit, tape in place and then roll out to port & starboard, making your adjustments. That’s the same way you want to install the carpet, so cut the slits around the seat bases accordingly. You can always tape on an extension to fix a mistake.
