Default K-plane hoses

I have a 29 Fever that has a leaking K-plane hose coming off the pump. The hoses are flexible black neoprene types with one having yellow colored plastic sleeves at both ends and the other red plastic sleeves. I can't find these style hoses anywhere. Does anyone know where to find them or where to get different ones that will work? Thanks for any help.

Any hydraulic shop should be able to make a replacement for you.

Yep, best to just have them made locally.

They're short, about 24" each.
