I had to pull my motor because the cylinders we out of round from getting to hot from detination. My 502 MPI was bored out to 60 over. I now have it bored out to 100 over. Can I continue to run fuel injection or do I need to convert to a Carburetor? Acting like it's not getting enough fuel.

Of course you can still run the fuel injection. OEM is 502ci and you are at 525ci with an additional .100 overbore. All things equal, you would need about 4% more fuel.
.100 over is a lot for Gen VI 502. Normal max is ususally .060. Was the block Sonic checked??
Cylinders were out of round from detonation but pistons were not destroyed??
Exactly what do you mean by acting like its not getting enough fuel?? What do the spark plugs look like??

Your engines 4% bigger then before, if it "acts like its running out of fuel" ITS not THE TUNE IN YOUR ECM. Their 10+ % rich from factory, if its "bogging" or NOT pulling rpms, you have a different issue. Check your fuel pressure at rail at wot on water under a load, check your base timing in service mode then use your merc data tool to scan fpr codes, sensors out of range, etc BUT start with fuel pressure, timing, Smitty

spark plugs are looking like it was running very lean. it bent most of the valves and showed hot spots between cylinders. Base timing was set at 8 or 10 cant remember. i have not had it Sonic Checked. The pistons were black but not ruined.
