West Michigan offshores rock the coast in Grand Haven

West Michigan Offshore is doing their poker run out of Grand Haven on 7/19. I’ve been on their website but I don’t see a start time anywhere? Anyone on here know when the event starts? I wanted to check out the boats leaving the channel
