I have no first hand knowledge about them but only what i have heard that they are heavy overall and ride nose heavy. There's a facebook page for them: https://www.facebook.com/groups/813880987265839/

Yeah, the Fantasy 13’ is a cool little runabout, kind of a vintage-style mini speedboat. Lightweight hull, so a 90hp is about the max you’d want on it, and even that can be a handful depending on setup. Great for lakes and calm water fun. If the hull’s in good shape, they can be a blast with the right power and balance. Just keep weight distribution in mind.

It looks like the hull weighs 465ish. From all the reading on them, it looks like the bow is lite and people put the fuel tank and some put battery in front to keep the nose down.
I'll keep researching.
Thanks for all the comments. Keep them coming!!

My parents used to be a dealer for the Fantasy's in Northern Illionois.
I still have one of only a few made F16's.
My brother took the business over, he may still have some brochures laying around.
They were fun boats.
The F16 was a little sketchy. Very light in the bow.
