Picked up a boat earlier this season. 28' deck boat running this combo. Engine and drive have roughly 380 hours on them. But runs a 28p 5 blade and is more of a cruiser than a top speed boat. This offseason I wanted to make sure I go through what is needed or refreshed so looking for any help some of you guys that have run this combo of what I should be looking for.

Valve job, springs, retainers, valve seals, rocker arms, head gaskets, ect. Basically an entire top end job.
