Does anyone have an idea of what size prop I should try on this boat it’s got a 540bbc 650ish hp. I have read these hull’s love 4 blade props. It came with a 25p 3 blade. Just like to know where I should start for a 4 blade.

What RPM are you pulling with the 25

not exactly sure have not gotten the boat in the water yet motor should be fired up this week after the carb gets rebuilt. I’m just trying to get an idea with other people that have had this hull with this power have used

I would start with a b1 28" and see where you are at, but before that just run the 25" to see what you are spinning

Props can get expensive, a base line would help, what gear ratio is the outdrive ? What RPM is the peak HP ?
