I have a pair of Mercury Fourstroke 300 CMS engines that are DTS controlled with the 5.44 lower units. I am wanting to change the direction from spinning out to spinning in to give it a shot. Does anyone know if it is as simple as swapping the lower units and props between the engines or do the full motors need to be swapped? If these were mechanical controlled I'd know the answer but first time looking in to swapping with Digital shifting.
