Default Oil filler cap stuck on 496 mag HO. How to remove?

Doing an oil change on a 496 mag HO and the oil filler cap is stuck on. It will wiggle about 1/32 of a turn, and move up and down about 1/16”, but I can’t get it off, any ideas on how to remove?

Can you remove the entire tube to get ut off the engine and solve the stuck cap? Or fill the engine from the tube hole with a long/narrow funnel?

Well, I got the oil fill cap off with a rubber oil filter wrench. It turns out whoever put it on last time over tightened it so it was out of groove. FYI, these caps are not a simple threaded screw on type cap. They have little indents on the inside of the cap that locks into place. So do NOT over tighten, or you will not be able to get it off by hand.
